Prior to your arrival we help you with your planning! Throughout your stay we help you so that you can make the most out of it! We do for you exactly what a concierge would do!
We have a team of dedicated and service orientated individuals within our organization, who are there for you! It is our mission to give you a five star hotel feeling throughout your stay, but with the added comfort of being able to ‘raid the refrigerator’ at any given time (this would be difficult in a hotel!) That just being an example of why many of our guests come back to the same property year after year… they have the service, but their independence as well! They know we are there for them! Our 5* Concierge Service takes care of your restaurant, golf tee time reservations, babysitter service, organize your car rental if required, offer additional cleaning service, suggest & book excursions, give advice on things to do and see, where to go, boat rental, etc. If something you are thinking of is not listed here - try us!
