Rental Terms

Short term Rental:

Time Period:		Maximum 3 months

Reservation Deposit:		30% of the total booking (non refundable )

Balance due:		6 weeks prior to arrival (on advanced bookings). Total balance due when the booking comes in within less than 6 weeks Balance includes a retainer, for possible damages, of 30% of the total rental fee, the minimum however, in all cases, being 1.000€. This fee will be refunded in full, within maximum 1 week after check – out, and once the property has been reviewed

Form of Payment:		Credit card, Bank transfers and Cash. Proof of payment will be issued in form of a receipt or, if required, an invoice

Contract:		Signed prior to arrival – by email or fax. The original contract will then be signed as part of the check – in procedure

Price includes:		5* Concierge Service – bookings for restaurants, tee times, spa visits etc. Visit our Concierge Section for operating hours & contact details Special additional services are included in some properties based on the owner’s preferences General Maintenance of Property (i.e. electric fittings, boilers, and other repairs which fall under the responsibility of the owner of the property and in accordance with the Spanish Legal System) Check - in / Check - out cleaning & laundering of bedding, sheets, towels Electricity (up to € 75 per week) Water

Check – in Formalities:		Signing of original contract Payment of any outstanding fees (if this has not already been done prior to arrival) Key handover Comprehensive tour of property and explanation of the features within


Long term Rental:
Time Period:		Minimum 4 months Maximum 11 months (subject to availability and depending on the agreement with the owner of the property)

Reservation Deposit:		Furnished Property – 2 months deposit + 1 month rent, in advance Unfurnished Property – 1 month deposit + 1 month rent, in advance

Subsequent monthly rental fees due within first 5 days of each month

NOTE:		The above terms of payment are orientative. In the event of any variation to the above terms by the owner of the property, the Rental Executive will supply the respective information
