- Location – every area has properties available, however we are not cluttering our portfolio with ALL that are on offer! The properties you see on our site are selected for a reason, which you will discover throughout the duration of your stay!
- Size of property (incl. upkeep of garden if freestanding villa or townhouse)
- Views
- Orientation
- Closeness to amenities
- Condition
- Age
- Furnished / unfurnished (condition of furniture seriously taken into consideration. Unfurnished is also popular when considering long term rentals)
- Incl. electricity / water (or not as in the case of many long term rentals)
We also appreciate feedback on the properties from all our guests. If something was not acceptable, then we would like to know! The only way we can keep up the standard set is to stay on top of the quality of the property rented out!
